Clara Rossi thought she had the perfect life with her childhood sweetheart, Marco, until he betrays her by sleeping with her best friend, Sofia, and forcing Clara to surrender her Princeton scholarship using a private video. Desperate to escape his control and abuse, Clara secretly applies to Yale, but when a leaked video and false accusations spiral out of control, she fake-drowns her car to start over in New Haven. Years later, Marco uncovers the truth and desperately seeks her forgiveness, while Sofia faces prison for her schemes. Will Clara ever look back, or will she leave her painful past behind forever?
